Squarewood Acres Campground

Overview

Squarewood Acres is a turnkey seasonal campground on the banks of Lycoming Creek, in the mountains of Lycoming County. Guests come for the creek — fishing, swimming, and tubing steps from their site — and for roomy, clean sites in a quiet valley. It holds an 8.5/10 rating on RV LIFE and books through Hipcamp, RV LIFE, and its own website.

Current ownership grew the park from 83 to 90 sites after buying it in 2022, and approval is already in place for 120. A new owner gets a working operation, a 2024-built residence, and 30 permitted sites to add.
