Learning the Mortgage Process. This is often the most stressful part of the home buying process, but it doesn’t need to be. The very first thing you will be asked to do at DWC Properties, before your search begins, is to get pre-qualified. You can do this with your own bank or mortgage company or we can give you names of reputable companies that we have worked with. The mortgage person will guide you through the process. You are not alone. There is always a professional whose job it is to help you. The best way to think about the entire real estate process from pre-qualification to closing is to “take it one step at a time”.
