Danielle Windus-Cook is the broker/owner of Danielle Windus-Cook properties. Since Danielle is a life long resident of Brockport , she knows the area well. With over twenty years experience in mortgage origination and real estate sales, she has the knowledge to work with the client from start to finish whether they are buying or selling.

When working with a seller, she understands the importance of preparing the property  before the listing and doing the leg work up front to make the transaction as simple and easy as possible.

When working with a buyer Danielle understands that they are buying a home not a house and she strives to make sure that it is a neighborhood and a home that they will be happy in.

As the owner and broker Danielle encourages the agents in her office to work together so that each agent’s strong points are a part of the company to be offered to each client.
